Hunan Tour Day 1 Arrival
Arrive in Zhangjiajie. The Guide and driver meet you at Airport or Railway Station in Zhangjiajie. Drive to the hotel near scenic area (30 minutes) and check in.

Hunan Tour Day 2 (B, L)
Huangshi Village, Golden Whip Stream
In the morning, take cable car (two way) to Huangshi Village (2 or 3 hours). Have lunch. In the afternoon, visit Golden Whip (Jinbian) Stream. Tourists take 2 or 3 hours to walk through Golden Whip Stream. Drive back the hotel (30 minutes).

Emperor Mountain, Yuanjiajie
In the morning, drive to the entrance and take the cable car to Emperor (Tianzhi) Mountain and Helong Park (2 or 3 hours). 

Tianzi Mountain is named after Xiang Dakun who led the local farmers' revolt and called himself Tianzi---the Son of Heaven. Bounded by Suoxi Valley on the east, Zhangjiajie on the south, Sangzhi County on the north, Tianzi Mountain is one of the four scenic zones in Wulingyuan. It lies on the highest point of "Golden Triangle", its highest point being 1262.5m(Kunlun peak) and lowest point being 534m(Shilan valley).

In the afternoon, take bus (45 minutes) to Yuanjiajie and the highest natural bridge in the world (2 or 3 hours). Take the highest tourism elevator down from Yuanjiajie. Drive back the hotel (30 minutes).

Hunan Tour Day 4 (B, L)
Yellow Dragon Cave, Baofeng Lake
In the morning, drive to Yellow Dragon Cave and visit it (2 or 3 hours). Have lunch. In the afternoon, visit Baofeng Lake (2 or 3 hours). Drive to the city (30 minutes) and visit Sandstone Painting Museum (half or 1 hour). Check in the hotel (in the city).

Hunan Tour Day 5 (B, L) 
Rafting on Mengdong River

In the morning, take private car (about two and half hour) to Mengdong River. Take rafting on Mengdong River (2 or 3 hours). Drive to Lotus Town (about 15 minutes) and have lunch.

Mengdong River is 100 KM away from Zhangjiajie (2 hours bus). Mengdong River is about 100 km long and its drifting part is 17 km long. Many tourists believed Drifting On Mengdong River (about 3 hours) is the most exciting drifting in China. The drifting starts at Hani Palace and ends at Liulu River Bridge. Mengdong River flow pass narrow and deep gorges.

Drive to Phoenix Ancient Town (2 or 3 hours) and check in the hotel (in Phoenix Ancient Town).

Hunan Tour Day 6 (B, L)
Phoenix Ancient Town
In the morning, drive to Chinese South the Great Wall (1 hour) and Huangsiqiao Ancient City (1 hour). Drive back Phoenix Ancient Town (1 hour). Have lunch. Visit Former Residence of Shen Congwen and Former Residence of Xiong Xiling in Phoenix Ancient Town (30 minutes). Take boat on Tuojiang River (30 minutes). Take a walk tour in the town.

Back to the hotel (in Phoenix Ancient Town).  Free time to explore the town by yourself.

Hunan Tour Day 7 (B, L)
Dehang Miao Village
Drive to Dehang Miao Village (1 or 2 hours). Visit this village (1 or 2 hours). Drive to Zhangjiajie City (3 or 4 hours).

Hunan Tour Day 8 (B, L)
Tianmen Mountain
In the morning, take cable car to Tianmen Mountain (30 minutes). Walk around on the top (2 or 3 hours). Take cable car down (30 minutes) or take bus down (1 hour). Visit Tujia Folk Garden (1 or 2 hours).

Drive to the airport. Take your return flight to the next destination.
