Day 2, Guilin / Longsheng (B,L)
After breakfast ,transfer to Longsheng. Known as the 'Dragon's Backbone' rice terraces, this is an area of outstanding beauty where whole mountainsides have been carved out to make tiny paddy fields. 
Longsheng is famous for the Longji Dragon Backbone Rice Terrace: 60square kilometers of terraced rice fields southeast of Longsheng. They were first built in the Yuan dynasty and
completed in the Qing dynasty by Zhuang people. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m. The coiling line spirals up from the mountain foot to the top, making the mountain looks like huge snail seen from afar.
Day 3-4, Longsheng - Chenyang (B,L)
Transfer to Chenyang by bus. We enjoy short hikes around this Dong village, including a look at the traditional, and very beautiful, 'wind and rain' bridge.
Days 5-7, Sanjiang - Conjiang - Kaili (B,L)
We spend three days exploring this ethnically diverse area, home to the Dong and Miao minorities. We visit small villages where houses are still made of wood in the traditional style and the local villagers still dress and follow the customs of their ancestors.
Day 8, Kaili - Guiyang - Chendu (B,L)
A short bus ride takes us to Guiyang where we board the overnight train to Chengdu.
Day 9, Chengdu - Wolong (B,L)
Day 10, Wolong - Hongyuan (B,L)
Begin our jeep safari into the dramatic snowy mountains on the edge of Tibet. During this section of the journey we pass through some incredibly remote areas where the going may be tough but this will be compensated for by the awesome views. Along the way of Long March route, we stop at Hongyuan.
Day 11, Hongyuan - Ruoergai (B,L)
Drive across the remote grasslands to Ruoergai.
Day 12, Ruoergai - Xiahe (B,L)
The glassland will enjoy your eyes. On the way, we'll visit the Flower Lake and Langmusi.
Day 13, Xiahe - Lanzhou - Xian (B,L)
Transfer via: by overnight train
We transfer to Lanzhou for the overnight train to Xi'an.
Day 14, Xian (B,L)
Be met at the train station and transfer to the hotel.
The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses: The greatest archaeological findings of the century: the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
The Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
