Tour Summary: This is an Independant Private City Package. Except visiting the most famous Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Great Wall, etc. You will cycle around some Hutongs and the avenues beside the Forbidden City. You will explore the city slowly and discover the city.

Day 1 Beijing
Transfer via: by air-own arrangement
Program: Upon arrival at the airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive to hotel
Day 2 Beijing (B,L)
Moring visit the Forbidden City. After lunch, we are going to cycle around Tianmen Square, and Forbidden City, along the broadest street in Beijing Changan Avenue,the ancient abservatry, the biggest inercity corner wall ruins.
Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years, where 24 emperors used to live and ruled their world.
Day 3 Beijing (B,L)
Visit Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, and Liulichang in the day time. In the evening when it is cool down, traffic is less, air is turing fresh. We cycle around the Beijing city to feel the Beijing local's nightlife. Tour Highlights include: Tiananmen Square, Houhai Lake and around Forbidden City.

The Summer Palace: It is the largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years. With its cool features - water, gardens and hills, it was the palace of choice for summer vacationing emperors and Dowager Empresses.
Temple of Heaven: It was built in the 15th century, a sacred site for ancient Beijing, where the emperor,where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.
Liulichang: It is known throughout China and the world for its antiques real and fake, old and new. The ambiance was like old China. Here you can find curios, ancient books, calligraphy, paintings, rubbings, ink stones and ink. If you are interested in Chinese antiques, Liulichang Street of Chinese culture is a must when you travel in Beijing.
Day 4 Beijing (B,L,D)
Full day tour to Badaling Great Wall, Having Peking Roast Duck Banquet for dinner, Sacred Way, Ming Tomb (changling)
Badaling Great Wall: one best preserved section of the Great Wall. Great Wall is one of the most remarkable feats of mankind, built over 2,000 years ago. You will be able to climb and walk on it, admiring the splendid mountains scenery.
Peking Roast Duck: With its long history, Peking roast duck is well known among both domestic and overseas customers. The duck is hung in the oven and roasted by flame burning from fruit-wood. It takes about 45 minutes for the duck to be done.
Sacred Way: It means "the way of the spirit". The body of the dead was carried over the route at funeral ceremony. It is 7 kilometres long, from the Memorial Arch to the gate of the main tomb.
Ming Tomb: The tombs are located about 50 kilometres to the north of Beijing. They are scattered over a basin approximately 40 square kilometres in area, screened by mountains on three sides and open to the Beijing Plain in the south.
Day 5 Beijing (B,L)
Pick up at 9:00am at hotel then drive to Shichahai area. Riding aroudn the the Shichahai Lake then ride to Hutong dotted with the Kindergarten, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, the Tea House. The bike tour is last 2-3 hours. A bike is the best choise to go into and see them. Some older than 700years. Compare with the Imperial Bike Tour, the Hutong is where the civilian lived, and telling the story of the rest. After lunch visit Lama Temple.
Shichahai area: It is a centraly preserved zone showcasing the life of old Beijing. It is comprised of three-lake area: Qian Hai Lake, meaning Front Sea; Hou Hai Lake, meaning Back Sea and Xi Hai Lake, meaning Western Sea. Lots of bars are clustered in the Shichahai area or along the Shichahai Lakeshore.
Hutongs: The old narrow paths where common people lived. All the Hutongs crisscross with each other, dotted with the Kindergarten, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, the Tea House, and the lake, House of Gong Infante and local people's houses among them.
Lama Temple (Yonghegong): Originally built in 1694, it is a renowned lama temple of the Yellow Hat Sect of Lamaism, used as official residence for court eunuchs of the Ming dynasty and was converted to the royal court of Prince Yongzheng(Yin Zhen) a son of Emperor Kang Xi of the Qing Dynasty.
Day 6 Beijing
