Day 1
Arrival / Shanghai

Upon arrival at Shanghai airport, you will be met by our English speaking tour guide and transferred to hotel. Leisure on your own for the rest of the day.
Day 2 (B, L, D)

Visit Yu Garden, Old Town Bazaar, Shanghai Museum & the French Concession. Watch famous Shanghai Acrobats at night.
Yu Garden. This delightfully restored labyrinth of tiny specialty shops, tea and snack houses centered around a Ming - dynasty mandarin Suzhou-style garden is a fascinating spot to people-watch over a pot of tea, to shop for unique souvenirs and to get a feel for Old Shanghai. It is well worth a meander through the Yu Garden, which has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque rockery, pools and flora, all connected by corridors and passageways.

Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Free time on Nanjing Road - the most famous shopping street in Shanghai.
Visit The Bund .
Have a stroll along the waterfront to experience the smells, sights and sounds of the old "Wall Street" in Shanghai. Banks, trading houses, residences, hotels and clubs all had a view of bustling Huangpu River traffic as they shared in the city's rising and falling fortunes. Then walking along the famous shopping street-Nanjing Road. It is said that shopping in Shanghai is the most varied and rewarding in China
Oriental Pearl TV Tower. With its 468 meters high (1,536 feet), the tower is the third tallest TV and radio tower in the world as well as the tallest structure in Asia. It is the best place to have a birds-eye-view of Shanghai City. With its unique and amazing design, it has become the new landmark of Shanghai and a big magnet for tourists. The viewing area is half-way up and offers a splendid unparalleled view of the Bund, the emerging new modern Shangha. The view of Shanghai from this height fills you with wonder at the beauty that surrounds you.
You will have free time for dinner on your own arrangement, and walk around the famous Nanjing Road. Please ask your tour guide to recommend a good place for dinner, he/she can reserve the seat for you in advance, and your tour guide and driver will leave. Please take a taxi to go back to your hotel. It will be the last night for this China trip, and you will love this amazing city of Shanghai.
Day 4 (B)
Shanghai / Lhasa
Transferred to the airport to take morning flight to Lhasa. Be met by our English speaking tour guide & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to the high latituder.
Day 5 (B, L )
Lhasa
Full day trip to Potala Palace, Jokhang Monastery and the Tibetan family visit.
Day 6 (B, L )
Lhasa
Full day trip to Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and free time on Barkhor Street.
Day 7 (B, L, D)
Lhasa / Yamdrok / Shigatse
Drive to Shigstse, via Yamdrok Tso, (about 400km, 5.5 hours driving, have a picnic at the Yamdork Lake). Afternoon to visit the Tashilungpo Monastery in Shigatse.
Yamdrok Yumtso Lake: It is within Langkamu county, with an area of 638 square km and a coastal line of 250 km.
Tashilunpo Monastery: Painted in red and white, the buildings in the monastery stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view.
Day 8 (B, L)
Shigatse / Gyangtse / Lhasa
Morning from Shigatse to Gyangtse (about 90km,1.5 hours driving). Visit the Kumbum Stupa & Pelkor Chode Monastery. After lunch, drive to Lhasa, via Shigatse,(about 370km, 5 hours driving). Check into hotel. Optional entertainment: watching a Tibetan Dance & Song Show at night.
Palkhor Monastery: It is with 9 stories, 108 doors and 77 rooms. Each room contains a different statue of Buddha and the wall frescoes tell the story about it.
Day 9 (B)
Lhasa / Beijing
Free time till to airport to take afternoon flight to Beijing. Be met and transferred to the hotel.
Day 10 (B, L, D)

Visit Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace. Watch Beijing Opera at night.
Beijing Opera is a synthesis of stylized action, singing, dialogue and mime, acrobatic fighting and dancing to represent a story or depict different characters and their feelings of gladness, anger, sorrow, happiness, surprise, fear and sadness.

Day tour to Mutianyu Great Wall, Ming Tombs (Changling) & Sacred Way, Enjoy Beijing Roasted Duck for dinner.
Travelers to Peking shouldn't miss trying the Peking Roasted Duck. To enjoy the famous duck, the Restaurant QuanJuDe is the best choice for you. It has multiple outlets in Peking (Beijing). The old restaurant first opened in 1860. The duck here is said to be the best in Peking, and the service is very good as well.

Visit Temple of Heaven, Panda House in Beijing Zoo, Hutong Tour. Free time at the rest of the day.

Free time till to be transferred to airport for flight to sweet home.
