We will stay in Mr Pan's home tonight. Sinoway Travel has prepared a whole shopping list in advance for this trip, inclusive of clean blanket, bedcover, pillow, mosquito net, coffee maker, knife and folks, etc. Still we need your understanding for simple accommodation facilities available here. There is no road to drive to this village, everything we prepared has to be carry by mankind or animals.
The accommodation in Jinkeng Rice Terrace is better than Jiuwu, hot shower, private or public bathroom, some of the rooms even have air-conditioners.
Bravo Hotel (4 star) is formerly known as Holiday Inn Guilin, facing the Banyan Lake, a downtown hotel, everything Guilin has to offer is almost at the hotel's doorstep. Hotel staffs speak good English..
Osmanthus Hotel (3 star) is located at the Central Business District, walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill, an ideal place to stay both for shopping and sightseeing.
The hostel owner is Mr. Laozhao, a warm hearted farmer, his wife can cook delicous chicken soup, and his daughter speaks some French. The Laozhao's Inn is located in a quiet valley, where most of villagers sleep earlier, please do not make so much noice at night.
Paradise Ressort (4 star) is special, it is located in the downtown, faces the famous West Street, but it also has a big courtyard of ponds, trees, gardens and swimming pools, that was why so many Presidents and Kings chose to stay here. The hotel is always fully booked all the year round.
New Li River Hotel (3 star) is located 10 minutes away of west street, in the local part of Yangshuo. People stay here can enjoy the two sides of Yangshuo: In the daytime, bike ride to the rice paddies, walk around the tour portion of Yangshuo; At night, the local fruit market, food stands and barbecue dinner will let you know what happy life means to local Chinese.
The hotel faces the beautiful Yangshuo Park where you can take a two-hour Chinese Tachi Class.
