Route: Summer Palace, Lama Temple & Panda Garden at Beijing Zoo.

Summer Palace, used for eight centuries, the Empress Dowager Cixi had the estate renovated in the 19th century, including the manmade lake we see today. Besides touring the ornate palace, you'll stroll through one of Beijing's favorite parks.

Tour B of Historical Beijing begins at the Yonghe Lamasery and one of the best examples of the region's many sacred temples. Lama Temple reveals diverse architectural styles from Han, Mongolia, Manchuria and Tibet, and the impressive 60-foot Maitreya Buddha, carved form a single sandalwood tree. Then it's on to one of the highpoints of anyone visiting Beijing, a trip to the zoo to see the frolicking Giant Panda, a living Chinese treasure.

We recommend you also take "Historical Beijing Tour A", which is held on alternating days. Each is a complete tour and can be taken separately.

We have join-in groups available in Beijing, Shanghai, Xian and Guilin.  

Our English speaking tour guide will pick up passengers from different hotels at about 8:00 to 8:30 am in each city, take them to see the most famous attractions, and take them back to different hotels at 17:00 pm in the afternoon. Chinese lunch en route will be included in local Chinese restaurants.

The difference of private tour is: All of our private tours are tailor made for every customer, lots of local activities available, and you have private vehicle and private tour guide, save you time on waiting for other passengers (Sometimes it happens).
