Day 1
Arrival / Beijing

Upon arrival at Beijing airport, you will be met by our English speaking tour guide and transferred to hotel. Leisure on your own for the rest of the day.

Visit Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace. Enjoy Beijing Roasted Duck for dinner.

Day tour to Mutianyu Great Wall, Ming Tombs, watch Beijing Opera at night.

Transfer via: air
Fly to Xian. Visit Shaanxi Provincial Museum, and Grand Mosque - the Muslem Quarter.

Full day tour to Terra Cotta Warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Visit Old City Wall of Xian. Transferred to the airport to take morning flight to Lhasa. Be met by our English speaking tour guide & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to the high latituder.

Full day trip to Potala Palace, Jokhang Monastery and the Tibetan family visit.
Day 8 (B, L )

Full day trip to Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and free time on Barkhor Street.
Day 9 (B, L, D)
Lhasa / Yamdrok / Shigatse
Transfer via: coach
Drive to Shigstse, via Yamdrok Tso, (about 400km, 5.5 hours driving, have a picnic at the Yamdork Lake). Afternoon to visit the Tashilungpo Monastery in Shigatse.
Yamdok Yumtso Lake: It is within Langkamu county, with an area of 638 square km and a coastal line of 250 km.
Tashilunpo Monastery: Painted in red and white, the buildings in the monastery stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view.
Day 10 (B, L)
Shigatse / Gyangtse / Lhasa
Transfer via: coach
Morning from Shigatse to Gyangtse (about 90km,1.5 hours driving). Visit the Kumbum Stupa & Pelkor Chode Monastery. After lunch, drive to Lhasa, via Shigatse,(about 370km, 5 hours driving). Check into hotel. Optional entertainment: watching a Tibetan Dance & Song Show at night.
Palkhor Monastery: It is with 9 stories, 108 doors and 77 rooms. Each room contains a different statue of Buddha and the wall frescoes tell the story about it.
Day 11 (B )
Lhasa / Chengdu
Transfer via: Morning flight
Transfer to Chengdu by air. Visit Panda -Breeding Base, a close visit to lovely Panda in the morning. Then take a tour to Wenshu Buddism Temple.
The vegetarium restaurant served at Wenshu Temple is famous in the whole area.
At night, recommend you to visit local tea house, the place where local people spend their fun time at night, local performance of Sichuan Opera, Acrobats life show available. Please ask your local tour guide to reserve the seat in advance, because it is always fully booked per night.
The optional ticket cost is from US$ 10 to US$ 20 per person, price different for front seat, center seat or back seat in the thearte. Please remember that you need to take a cab back to the hotel after show, ask for a hotel namecard with both Chinese and English address of the hotel, it will be quite useful to simply display the card to a Chinese cab driver.

Chengdu / Shanghai
Fly to Shanghai. Visit Yu Garden, Old Town Bazaar, Shanghai Museum.
Day 13 (B, L, )
Shanghai
Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund, Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
Day 14 (B, L)
Shanghai / Suzhou
Transfer via: by train-soft seat
Take morning train to Suzhou (less than 50 minutes). Transfer to have an hour town cruise on the Grand Canal, Lingering Garden, Tiger Hill, the No. 1 Silk Factory.
Today you will take one hour train from Shanghai to Suzhou, Your tour guide in Shanghai will see you off at the Shanghai train station, Your tour guide in Suzhou will pick you up at the Suzhou train station, and escorts a day tour in Suzhou.

Suzhou / Shanghai
Transfer via: by train-soft seat and flight
Visit Tongli village, a typical Chinese water-village near Suzhou, transfer to Shanghai in the afternoon.
Day 16 (B)
Shanghai / Depart
Free time till to be transferred to sweet home.
