The Jiannancun Hotel (4 star) is located in the old town of Lijiang, with all the facilities necessary for a deluxe trip, at the same time you can also enjoy the local life of Lijiang in walking distance.
The Sanhe Hotel (3 star) is not the best hotel in the old town, you need to take your western breakfast in a famous local restaurant nearby. The reason why we have chosen Sanhe Hotel is: it is a traditional Naxi style hotel, not many rooms, where large groups will not stay; no elevators, but the helpful bellboys take care of your baggages; beautiful rooms with local decoration, where you want to stay for a whole month.
Tiger Leaping Gorge :
The Tina's Inn is owned by local Naxi Ethnic, rooms are clean, hot water available if required, and the hotel owner can make simple western breakfast. The trail to the bottom of the gorge is taking good care by these local people, that is the reason why we can take this safe trekking trip, please respect to the simple living condition they have tried their best to offer here. We are passengers, and should not ask so much, rather than worship the beauty of nature.
The Daju Inn is a family style hostel, simple facilities for travllers, and only Chinese dishes are available.
