Day 1
Arrival / Chengdu
Transfer via: by air-booked by yourself, morning flight is the best
Today's Activities: Upon arrival at the airport, pickup by our English speaking tour guide and drive for about 6.5 hours to Hailuogou Glacier Park directly. Route: drive along the express way for 140 km to Ya'An first, then drive for 210 km, passing Tiaquan, Erlang Moountain, to Hailuogou (Moxi County).
Hailuogou (Conch Gully) National Glacier Forest Park is located on the eastern side of Gonggar Mountain in Luding County of Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze, Sichuan Province. The park boasts many geographic attractions, including ancient glaciers, grand glacier cascade, virgin forests, wild animals and hot springs, etc.

Hailuogou Glacier Park
Today's Activities: Explore the Hailuogou Glacier for a whole day.

Day 3
Hailuogou Glacier Park / Chengdu
Today's Activities: Drive from Hailuogou Glacier Park back to Chengdu. It takes at least 4-5 hours. Leisure on your own at the rest of the day in Chengdu.

Day 4
Chengdu / Leshan / Mt. Emei
Today's Activities: Pick up at the lobby of your hotel in Chengdu at 7:30a.m and drive for about 2 hours to Leshan to visit the Grand Buddha by boat and by foot. Enjoy the landscape of Chengdu Plain on the way. Afterwards, we will drive for 1 hour to Mt. E'mei. Change to take the bus to Leidongping, walk to Jieyin Hall to take cable car up to Golden Summit (Jingding), visit Huacang Temple. Stay overnight on the summit.
The Grand Buddha is 71 meters high, carved into a cliff face overlooking the confluence of the Dadu and Min rivers.
Mt. Emei is about 160 kilometers southwest of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It extends for over a hundred kilometers and resembles the fine eyebrow of an ancient Chinese beauty from afar. There are ten beautiful scenic spots on Emei. The sun, moon, clouds, snow, water, trees, bridges and temples in these places all compose their own unique and fantastic pictures. The more fortunate visitors can enjoy the four great wonders of Mt. Emei, which are the sunrise, the sea of clouds, the Buddha's Halo, and the sacred lamp, from the Jinding (Golden Summit), about 3,077 meters above sea level.

Day 5
Mt. Emei / Chengdu
Today's Activities: Get up in the early morning, if the weather is good enough, You will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful sunrise--one of the four famous wonders of Mt. E'mei (The four wonders is called the sunrise, clouds sea, Buddhism aurora and Holy light). Take cable car down to Jieyin Hall, walk to Leidongping to take the bus to Wannian parking, take cable car up to visit Wannian Temple. After the tour, walk down the mountain to Wuxiangang, via Qingyin Pavillion (or you can take cable car down the mountain). Take the bus to the foot of mountain, visit Baoguo Temple. Drive back to Chengdu.
Nation-dedicating Temple (Baoguosi): The Nation-dedicating Temple is the first temple one meets along the mountain way and stresses love and patriotism. It was built in the 16th century, enlarged in the 17th century by Emperor Kangxi and recently renovated. Its 3.5-meter porcelain Buddha, made in 1415,is housed near the Sutra Library.
As a magnificent and large-scaled temple, the Wannian Temple, located on the right peak of the Lion, is a very well known ancient temple of Mt. Emei. The temple has been designated a state-level protected site by the State Council.

Chengdu
Today's Activities: Visit the Chengdu Research base and Giant Panda Breeding, Dujiangyan Irrigation Dam, front part of Mt. Qingcheng. Enjoy local Sichuan Opera in a tea house in the evening, which also called Magic Facial Mask Changing Show.
Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Base is situated on the Axe Hill 10 kilometers from the north suburb of Chengdu City. It covers an area of 600 acres. The environment here is exquisitely designed; the air is refreshing with the bamboo growing luxuriantly and flocks of wild birds flying around. There are 43 giant pandas and tens of specious animals such as red pandas and black-necked cranes.
Construction of the Dujianyang Irrigation system began in the 3rd century BC, and it continues to control the waters of the Minjiang river and distribute it to the fertile farmland of the Chengdu plains.
Mount Qingcheng (Qingchengshan) is one of the ancient cradles of Daoism. The mountain has numerous Daoist temples and sites along the paths to its peak. The area is green all year round and is known for its secluded tranquility.

Today's Activities: Visit the Sanxingdui Museum in the morning, then transfer to airport for your flight to next destination.
The Sanxingdui Museum is a large-scale modern museum of history situated in the northeastern part of the state-protected Sanxing Dui Ruins by the bank of the Yazi River in Guanghan city.
