Itinerary:

D1 Chengdu- XinduQiao (434KM)
Our journey starts this morning by driving to Xindu Qiao via Ya’an & Kangding. You will amazed by the different beauty of the landscape. Also, you will pass the 4298m Zheduo Mountain and then get into the Tibetan Area from now on.

D2 XinduQiao-Garze (320km)
Today you will drive to Garze by the northern route of Sichuan-Tibet highway.
Your highlight today must be the visit to Langzha Living Buddha at Garze beside
the beautiful sceneries at Tagong., Dawu and LuHuo.

D3 Garrze- Baiyu(229km)
Full day excursion to Baiyu. You will pass the spectacular Garze Grassland and will be also amazed by the Tibetan Buddhism.

D4 Baiyu-Dege (109km)
Before drive to Dege, enjoy some visits including the monasteries and the factory of local art & handicrafts .

D5 Dege-Minigange (120km)
Your highlight today is absolutely the visit to the Printing House. And then pass the 5000m- Que’er Mountain, visit the beautiful Xinluhai Lake.

D6 Manigange-Shiqu (213km)
Today we drive to ShiQu to visit the spectacular Shijingcheng- the huge castle made of the colourful rocks with Buddhist scriptures.

D7 Shiqu-YuShu (159km)
After the visits to Buddhist Scripture Wall made with the Mani rocks and Sexu monastery, you will drive onto Qinghai Province.

D8 YuShu-Marduo (333km)
Our visits today includes Temple of Princess WenCheng, as well as some other scenic spots.

 

D9 Marduo-Eling Lake and Zhaling Lake-Marduo (240km)
Our journey today will be very tough and could only take the land cruiser. The 2 lakes are extremely beautiful and can not be missed in your tour list.

D10 Marduo-Dari(272km)
Drive to Dari.


D11 Dari-Aba
Today, you will drive back to Sichuan again. On the way, you will enjoy the beauty of the grassland , as well as the different but unique Tibetan architectures.

D12  Aba-Chengdu(540km)
Drive back to Chengdu.


Accommodations:
Most of the hotels or guesthouses along the way are quite ok to stay. Except the one at Marduo, so preparing a sleeping bag is quite a good idea.


Meals:
We do prepare the food at the local restaurants but please never pay any high expectation.
