Airport Pickup

Airport Pickup and airport to hotel transfer
Please tell us your arrival flight and arrival day. Our tour guide or driver will hold a Name sign, wait for you at the exit of the arrival hall. Then take you to the parking lot, take you to the hotel you will stay in.

If no one picks you up at the airport
Your trip advisor has prepared a contact list for emergency use in China, the mobile phone numbers of your trip advisor and your tour guide are writen on the list.  Please print the contact list before you are going to China.   You need to telephone your tour guide or your trip advisor now.

You might borrow a local phone at the information counter to phone us. In the phone conversation, your tour guide or trip advisor will ask you to give the phone to a nearest Chinese person, and ask him/her to explain where you are, because there are many exits at Beijing airport, and it is difficult for a foreigner to describe the location.

After the telephone conversation, please stay and wait, do not move! Our tour guide will find you as soon as possible.

Luggage transfer
Please get your check-in luggage from the luggage claim area. It is the restrict area, your tour guide can not enter without a flight ticket. The airport staff will check your luggage tag later.

For a group of 1-5, the luggage will go together with you in the same coach. Please take them to the parking lot. You coach is waiting for you there. The coach is not allowed to drive to the arrival hall.

For a group of 6 persons or if you have many big luggaes travelling with you, we can orrange a luggage car. Your tour guide will ask you to put your big luaages in a place near the door, ask you to sign on our luggage transfer sheet, our luggage boy will transfer your big luggages to your hotel by using our luggage truck, and you will take the passengers coach with your hand luggages.

The extra cost for using a luggage car is USD 2 per luggage. Please book in advance with your trip advisor at least 24 hours prior.

Hotel to aiport

Hotel to airport transfer
Please tell us your depart flight and depart day. Our tour guide or driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel, take you to the airport. The luggage will go together with you in the same coach.

For a group of 6 persons or if you have many big luggaes travelling with you, we can orrange a luggage car. Please put your big luaages in a place in the lobby, ask the hotel bellboy to keep an eye for you, and sign on the hotel's luggage transfer sheet.   Our luggage boy will transfer your big luggages to airport by using our luggage truck, and you will take the passengers coach with your hand luggages.   You will meet you luggage at the airport.
