Guilin /Yangshuo / Guilin
Transfer via: Boat
Full day Li River Cruise to Yangshuo with lunch aboard and stay in Yangshuo tonight.
Li River Cruise: Depart from your hotel in the morning. Be transferred to the Zhujiang Pier(about 1 hour drive)for a 4.5 hours wonderful cruise.You will enjoy the picturesque mountains, peaceful green fields ,farms and villages with water buffalos,cows wondering around on both sides of the river bank. Disembark at the one-thousand-year-old town Yangshuo in the afternoon. Have a short exploration to the old town before to be transferred back to Guilin city.

Day 3 (B, L, )
Guilin / Longji

Depart from the hotel in the morning & drive to Longji area.
Longsheng is located in the mountainous region on the northeastern part of Guilin. The natural beauty and the colorful ethnic Chinese cultures and customs attract people from all over the world.

After 2.5 hours drive (115KM beautiful mountain road) you will get to the Longji area, Heping Township of Longsheng County. Visit Zhuang and Yao Minority tribes villages and some families if you like. Those ethnic girls dressed in their own colors may have a demonstration on hair combing or singing and dancing upon guests' request and gratuity. Clients will enjoy the beautiful terrace rice fields after getting to the summit of Longji (Dragon's backbone).The terrace rice fields were first built in the Yuan Dynasty ( about 800 years ago) and completed in the Qing dynasty as the crystallization of the wisdom and labor of the Zhuang people.

The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m. The coiling line spirals up from the mountain foot to the top, making the mountain looks like huge snail seen afar. Enjoy the hiking tours around Pingan village for the wonderful views.

Day 4 (B, L, )
Longji / Sanjiang
Transfer via: Private car or coach
Drive to Sanjiang County.  Free at leisure to explore the old town. (Sometimes it might takes longer because the mountain road between Longsheng to Sanjiang is always under construction, passengers need to be patient for long time driving on the bumping road)

Day 4 (B, L, )
Sanjaing / Danzhou / Laobao / Heli / Sanjiang
Transfer via: Private car or coach
Visit the Chengyang Shelter Bridge in the morning. Visit Danzhou, ferryboat to Laobao,visit Heli Sanwang temple, pass Renhe Bridage,which is a beautiful shelter bridage built in a mixture of Dong and Han architecture.

-Chengyang Shelter Bridge: One of the most beautiful & well protected shelter bridges in China,constructed in 1911,finished in 1925. The bridge is 64.4 meters long, 3.4 meters wide, 10.6 meters high, with beautiful shelters construction on it. It is supported by five big stone piers and the whole bridge is made of wood with all mortise and tenon joints, without any iron nails.

-Renhe Bridage: Construted in 1883. It is painted with beautifu pictures of history and scenery. The entire bridge is made of wood with all mortise and tenon joints, without any iron nails.

Sanjaing / Zuolong / Baxie / Hualian / Gaoding / Linlie / Dudong
Transfer via: Private car or coach
Visit Zuolong, Baxie, Hualian Dong village, Gaoding Dong village, hiking to Linlie Dong village, then transfer to Dudong.

Day 5 (B, L, )
Dudong / Batuan / Meng zhai / Chankou / Tangan / Zhaoxing

Visit The Lane bridge of people and animals in Batuan, Meng zhai-Miao& Dong village, Chankou banyan tree, Tang An Dong village, Stay overnight in Zhaoxing, the biggest Dong Village in the world.

-Batuan: a double storied Wind & Rain Bridge, the 1st story is for animals to pass through, then 2nd story is for human being.  After one-day's hard work, people are gathering here for a good rest, talking about farm work, local events...

-Tangan Dong Ethnic Village: Sporsored by Government of Norway, a good example of Ecologic Museum of Dong Ethni Culture.  Its unique irrigation and drinking water system has been skillfully designed.

Day 5 (B, L, )
Zhaoxing / Congjiang

In the morning, hike to Jitang Dong Village. In the afternoon, drive to Congjiang County.

Congjiang / Basha / Yintan / Chejiang / Rongjiang

In the morning, visit the special Basha Miao Ethnic groups village. Then keep driving via Yintan and Chejiang. Walk around the Chejiang Banyan trees and Dong Ethnic Village by the river, visit the oldest & biggest Zengcong Drum Tower. Stay overnight at Rongjiang County.

-Basha Miao Ethnic village: It is a very special and old Miao Ethnic village. The villagers remain their unique tradition since Qing Dynasty( about 2200 years ago). All the men comb their hair with a very special hair, caring a knife on the waist and a traditional fowling piece, dressing like an accient Chinese warrior.

-Zengcong Drum Tower: It is the oldest and the most beautiful drum tower in China. It is 25 meters high with 13 stories. It was built in 1672. You can walk to the top for the beautiful views.

- Rongjiang County: It is an old town with the history of over 2000 years. It is holly land where the Dong & Miao ethinc nationalities originated.

Visit Datang Miao village, Xijiang Miao village.

Rongjiang / Lande / Qingman / Shiqiao / Kaili

Visit Langde,Qingman,Shiqiao Miao village, drive to Kaili.

-Langde Miao ethnic group village: An old village with beautiful traditional Miao style houses, the village is named " Village of China Civil Arts".

-Arrive at special mini skirt Qingman Miao ethnic village in the afternoon. To be transferred to the Kaili city.

- Kaili is a 2500 years old city with the population of 450,000, 65% is the Miao Ethnic groups among of that.

Visit Shidong Miao village,Qinglong cave, Siguandian Tianhou Temple.
